MGNREGA -  

 

a) Implementing the scheme by coordinating with Programme Officers at the Block level by giving technical and administrative sanction.

 

b)Release of Sanction Order to Programme Officers for work execution.

 

c)Converging the scheme with other Line Departments to share funds and labour when there are works related to concerned Departments.

 

d)Monitoring of Works taken up under the Scheme executed at Block and Village level.

a) Preparation of Labour Budget and Annual Work Plan through Gram Sabha for every Financial Year.

 

b)Preparation of Convergence Plan for converging the Scheme With Other Line Department.

to ensure that Job Card holders receive their wage payment on time.

 

d)  Sending periodic report to the State Government.

 

 

Job Card seekers must submit the following documents to their regional RD Block offices:-

PMAYG -

 

In Aizawl District, the scheme has effectively benefitted rural families who could not afford to repair their old houses as they needed to save  their daily wages money just to even repair/fix quarter portion of their damaged roof.
